What if I currently hold the Convalescence Plan?

As we have launched our new Recovery Plan, we will no longer be selling the Convalescence Plan. You can be assured that your Convalescence Plan is still valid, and no changes have been made to your cover.  If you hold a Convalescence Plan, you will still accrue the ‘no claims’ benefit and be able to make a claim while you’re signed off work and recovering following a hospital admission or day patient surgery.

The benefits, limitations and exclusions of your cover depends on the cover chosen. So, if you have any specific questions about what you’re entitled to, please refer to your individual plan terms and conditions. You can also get in touch with us to discuss your plan in more detail.
