Keep your cover in place with Direct Debit
In most cases, your insurance premiums are paid directly from your payroll or salary. If these payroll deductions stop for reasons such as illness, unpaid leave or if you leave your current job, your insurance plan will end. To continue to protect yourself and not lose any cover or accumulated benefits, we recommend setting up Direct Debit.
Setting this up is simple, just speak to us about registering for Keep My Cover. You can contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling 0800 542 59301*. Our lines are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Rest assured - we will never take any payment without your authority and only use this payment option if your payments fall into arrears as a last resort. If you have opted into Keep My Cover, we will get in touch with you before taking any payments. We’ll also write to you at least 10 working days in advance of taking your first Direct Debit payment.
